Cache County Fair

I have been so sick that I feel like I'm neglecting doing fun things with Dakota. The Cache County Fair was in town, and we live right by the grounds... so I finally sucked it up and acted like a mom and took Dakota to the fair. We mostly went so she could see all the animals. And she loved it! Well... most of it....

Here are some sheep that made friends with Dakota....


They had cute baby bunnies that you could hold and I let Dakota hold one on her lap while she sat in the stroller. She loved it but wasn't being very gentle, so I had to rescue the bunny and put it back :)

And this would be the sheep that made enemies with Dakota. First she was happy and pointing at it....

THEN.....
it Baa'd in her face and scared her to death. She fell to the floor screaming bloody murder and wanted to be close to me the rest of the time.

You'll notice she had her binky in this other photo.... luckily I'd brought it! The pig kept sniffing closer to her with his big nose and she thought it was kind of funny. She kept attempting to stick her finger in his nose but I couldn't let her!


And last but not least, the cows. Or as Dakota calls them... "Moe....Moe"
Ok, she freaked at the sound of a sheep, but this girl has no fear of the big animal! She was going to walk right up and pet it! i had to stop her before the cow backed up and stepped on her!
