Our Little Garden

Today my mamma and daddy took me outside, laid me on a blanket, and began the process of starting a garden.

First, they planted the pear tomato plants that they raised from seeds in the greenhouse kit we gave mamma for Mother's Day. Next, they planted some pepper plants. They had to do a lot of weeding and digging before they could get started. They also had to pick out all the rocks in the dirt and add some fresh soil. They hope to plant more vegatables soon.

We spent a few hours in the morning planting our garden, but it looks great so far and we are excited to have our own veggies! Boy, watching all that work they did sure made me tired! ;)
