On Sunday May 4th, we blessed Dakota at church and Grandpa DeMilt came from California for the special event. On Saturday, we went to brunch with him and Aunty Anna (Bri) and strolled around the Gateway mall. Sunday, we had lunch at our home in Logan after the blessing and then took a drive up Blacksmith Fork Canyon in hopes of spotting some deer and elk. We saw deer, but no elk. It was a very busy and fun weekend. Jichan, Grandma DeMilt, Yukie, Aunt Erika, Uncle Bubba, and many other extended family members came for the blessing from both sides of our family. We were able to take a picture of 4 generations from Doug's side. She wore the beautiful white dress that her Great Grandma Yukie made for her, and Doug gave her a beautiful blessing!
